20 Ton bottle jacks helped place these supports under the front porch overhang. The columns (which were under the house) had been removed. The roof had to be jacked about 3" to be level.
A long day with 10 volunteers from North Carolina and the backyard resurfaced. Poison Ivy followed for the next three weeks.
The remaining lath and plaster and trim were removed - it's a house of sticks.
